Elizabeth P. Perez has been practicing law for more than 20 years. Ms. Perez also has extensive experience in representing licensed professionals facing disciplinary investigations before their licensing Board. She has successfully handled many cases before the Board of Medicine, Board of Nursing, Board of Pharmacists, and other Florida professional licensing Boards.

Ms. Perez is prepared and able to defend and assist her clients facing Medicare and Medicaid issues, including, reimbursement, overpayment, provider revocations, suspension hearings and prepayment reviews.
